Strategy Plan Development for Retail Launch of new Beauty Brand in Dubai
A retail company wanted to create a business plan encapsulating detailed understanding of the beauty marketing in the GCC region, to enable development and launch of a new retail brand.
They were seeking a Strategic Consultant who could both conduct comprehensive market research on the industry and consumer behaviour, and demonstrate the knowledge to create a high-level commercial business plan, including brand value proposition, positioning, competitive analysis and differentiation, and pricing strategy.
A consultant who had 10 years of experience in management consulting with Bain, PwC/Strategy& and demonstrated expertise in market analysis in consumer products and the retail sector in both his previous career and as an independent consultant. He provided a detailed approach to cover how he would build the plan, and provide deliverables including detailed data on the segment, local trends, and a comprehensive list of strategic options, resulting in a complete business plan and operating model design.
The consultant is now working in Dubai on a ten week project to deliver this.
