Interim VP Transformation to drive aftermarket portfolio proceedings
Experienced VP Transformation brought in on an interim basis to act as a solid PMO.
A PE fund in the US had bought a portfolio and had been running a number of transformation programs, before the current VP Transformation had resigned due to unforeseen circumstances – a new replacement was needed immediately to fill in and drive proceedings.
The company required an experienced VP who could oversee project mapping and ensure that all current projects continued to align to the org strategy. The candidate needed to work with the global team and proactively manage backlog, driving changes through process end-to-end.
Talmix was able to put forward 3 candidates immediately, one of whom was an Operations and Transformation leader with 15+ years experience in leadership roles across the private, military, and government sectors. An expert in company and business unit transformations, growth strategy, implementation, process improvement and project management – the candidate was put forward for interview within 12 hours of being presented to the client.
The chosen Talent’s expertise in implementing governance standards across the portfolio and reporting ad-hoc communications to the wider organization was a particular draw to the client – who needed somebody to hit the ground running within a short window and push things through quickly and effectively to the finish line.
